The Mad Stratter is the attempt of a die-hard Fender fan and lifelong Stratocaster player to chronicle his life with his one true love, his Strats.
While the only two things tying this site together are the guitar and a general sense of insanity, there are a few regular features in the works here:
Artist Axology is the fruit of my gearheaded-scholarly side’s research on the gear of the greats.The Gear Review section covers my experience with different guitars, amplifiers, effects, strings and other gear.
I plan on adding Guitar Lessons, courtesy of the unqualified master of rock-&-roll-bullshittery himself, yours truly.
Also in the works is the Mad Stratter’s Stratocaster School, offering courses from Anatomy and History to Set-Up and Hot-Rodding.
Oh, and you should probably know the Mad Stratter is in absolutely no way affiliated with Fender Musical Instrument Corporation, or for that matter, any of the other companies featured here.
